I really appreciated the strength of the panel offering questions/responses. Especially Jeffery Ladish, Robert Miles, Malo Bourgon, and Igor Kurganov.

A board has both dice and marbles.
Give it a slight tilt.
The marbles roll off; the dice remain.
Do not say "the marbles meant to escape," nor can we claim "the dice wanted to survive."
